Represented me when I had an injury while at work. My employer tried to have me come back to work while still injured. Swartz Culleton, specifically Brandon and Todd, made sure to represent me well, take my well being into consideration, get me the treatment with fantastic medical professionals that I needed, and at the end got me more than a fair settlement from my injury. I would recommend these guys with the highest regard for any one that has had a personal injury.

I was contacted by the firm (I did not contact them myself) regarding my auto accident. Mr. Swartz called me and without even reading my medical records or reading information I provided to his assistants earlier bashed me that I made my case up. I understand that not all the cases are to be won. But read the whole information before you call. My baby WAS delivered prematurely BECAUSE of the accident. And I did not deliver right after the accident because there are ways to prolong the pregnancy to the certain extent even without amniotic fluid (which I lost due to the accident) Educate yourself Mr Swartz.

Met an esquire once a few minutes before a hearing, that was the extent of my face to face introductions with the firm. I can fully review the office staff, though, as the few more times of contact I had with them were tortuous. Ageist, sexist, lacking in any form of empathetic or even service based communication abilities. A client is made to feel like they are intruding and a waste of time. My experience wasn't very recent so hopefully the staff concerns have been changed. If not, pay them and train them better so they're not working against your organization. Good business people know the employees on the front lines are the ones who make the biggest impression. If you have a legal concern, find a firm that at least respects you and your time, perhaps even appreciates you as a client. This one does not.

For a profession that seems like they should be working FOR you, most correspondence between email, phone, and in person seem rude, condescending, and dismissive. When you or a loved one is injured you only want the best for them and to be treated as if you are "bothering" your lawyer or to be literally told that your questions are stupid is not what you expect from the professionals that you higher to help you. My loved one and entire family could not be more disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism portrayed by this company and one of the titled partners himself.
My advice find a laywer with less commercials and more compassion.

I'm with Marsha once I get my money I'll let you know. But outside of that they have nasty attitudes at the office, every last one of them has a smart ass mouth, they are unprofessional, they move slow, and they get mad at you for asking about YOUR money. If they would keep in contact with their clients and keep you abreast to what's happening with the case maybe the client wouldn't be irritable after having to chase down their own attorney.
