LSAC had the audacity to claim that due to my LSAT score, I would inevitably fail out of law school and flunk. Well, I didn’t. I not only survived law school but graduated with a great GPA and great ranking, proving their ridiculous and baseless predictions completely wrong. LSAC’s overreliance on a single, flawed test to predict a student’s future is not only misguided, but downright incompetent. Their arrogant and shortsighted assessment system does nothing but discourage capable and determined individuals from pursuing their legal careers. It is a disgrace that an organization “responsible for shaping the future of legal professionals” operates with such a narrow-minded and erroneous approach. The LSAT is an inadequate measure of a person’s potential to succeed in law school or in their legal career. LSAC’s failure to recognize this shows their blatant disregard for the diverse talents and capabilities of aspiring lawyers. Their outdated and unfair practices need an immediate overhaul. Prospective law students deserve an organization that supports and encourages them, not one that delivers crushing and unfounded judgments. LSAC, you owe your applicants much more than this shoddy, disheartening experience. You’re not any better than the godawful NCBE.

LSAC is not providing students a positive experience. Students are experiencing issues trying to get the LSAT exam scheduled and once they go to take the exam LSAC is failing to provide qualified proctors to administer the exam. You need to be better for the students.

They are holding hostage $250 and all documents sent to them by the foreign university, claiming that they couldn't validate who sent them. In 2019, I paid additional Fedex international services to have an employee of the university send the documents to LSAC and since then, I have already achieved my LL.M. in the United States, but LSAC still needs to return the documents and the difference of money that was unused. I hired an attorney to recover my money and documents. It's ridiculous! I recommend everyone to directly communicate with the law school (mine was George Mason University); some don't require LSAC evaluation, and you'd be wasting money and time.

I have been trying to reach them through calling and e-mailing since 28th of November. They don’t return e-mails nor answering the calls. They hold you for 1.5 hours on the phone then telling you there is system error and they can’t answer the calls rn. LSAC should be a reliable and secure process step while applying to other law schools. But in these circumtances they will be the only reason that I won’t be able to meet the requirements of the school applications until the deadline because they haven't processed my transcript for weeks. It is ridiculous

Brianna (wish I knew her last name) assisted me for 40 minutes on applications and General Information relevant to taking the LSAT. I am so super grateful for her as she encouraged me to keep going! *Also, she really knows her Tax stuff! :-)

I am an international student from Europe. I had a terrible experience with the whole organisation. I feel like I've received no support whatsoever. I had to request my uni to send the official sealed envelope with my transcripts across the Atlantic which took forever and cost a lot of money and a lot of effort from my side and from my university. Then I waited for months, emailing and calling the LSAC office whether my transcripts arrived and why aren't they on my file. They just copy pasted information from their website and disregarded my questions. Because of their terrible work I might not even make the deadline of my application. I keep on paying and paying and receiving nothing but bad service. If I could go back in time I would have never even started my application. They make it unnecessarily complicated for international students. And students like me who would actually need financial help with paying the application and CAS fee cant receive it. Solely because of my nationality. In the end I might not even make the deadline, therefore my money and effort will go to waste. On top of that they take forever to reply on emails and then provide me with no valuable information, not actually answering my question. Absolutely useless. Don't waste your time and money.

I am an international student from China, and was trying to get my academic report processed. It took forever. Worse than how inefficient they are, they kept giving me wrong information. They have instructions on their website for internationals. I called to confirm the correct process to do so. I was told to have my undergrad college send LSAC my official transcripts in China and English directly. I did. A few weeks later, I received an email that that was not the right way to do so. Instead, I need to have my college in China to send all official documents to two authentication organizations in China, and have those orgs sent the verified docs to LSAC. So I did, even though it wasted me three months already. What happened next? After those orgs sent them docs required, they kept claiming they never received. I kept calling them but each representative has different understanding of my case, informing me different status: one told me they received everything, another told me that processing department could not located those documents, another one said they had no idea if they ever received it, if they did, they would not know where, and another one told me that they were waiting to hear from the processing department. Man, they need adequate trainings to provide quality customer services. They are not equipped to perform their job well enough. LSAC being the only facilitator of a law school admissions and tests would make them lacking of a mindset of providing excellent service in the field, since no competitions, thus no quality provided. Hope they would improve themselves.
