I truly can’t speak for anyone else but I had such an amazing and fulfilling experience while having Anthony Giannetti and James Cartwright as my lawyers. There was never a time they weren’t communicating with me and giving me constant updates on my case. I didn’t have the pleasure to meet Mr. Giannetti but he was also very kind and forthcoming anytime I spoke with him. James was so kind and treated me with respect the whole process, it truly was a pleasure meeting him! I want to thank them for their professionalism and of course for helping me win a big pay out!!!! 1000% would recommend!!!!

The five star isn’t for the Lawyer service, but the five star is for the administration office. The person I spoke to 🏆Brandon is great he goes above and beyond, he listens Listen to you let you finish your statement, Then he does what you request. The other lady just talk talk talks, and if you ask for a email, she’ll send you to the person line. I know people are busy that’s why I asked for the email not to be sent to their line but 🏆Brandon’s great, and at Swartz and Culleton they do make things happen.

Had alsmot 0 communication, then they dropped my case. Thanks for the business cards you send me BTW. They make great kindling.

I worked with this firm for my car accident in March 2023. Attorney Anthony and Adam were extremely helpful in getting me the best settlement for my injuries. They were quick to respond to texts when I had questions, called me with updates, and kept me in the loop even after I moved away from PA following the accident. i worked with Anthony Giannetti following an accident in February 2023. he is very quick to respond to messeges, which is something i sincerely appreciate in an attorney. he took care of everything and got me the maximum payout for my accident. all i ever had to do was sign a few documents electronically. very easy to work with. highly recommend contacting Swartz Culleton and asking to work with Anthony following an accident.

It's shame how you never answer your clients. Even when they call everyday,you NEVER have an answer. It's a ridiculous situation. Give people an answer,the time and money they deserve. Do your job. No wonder your not on TV anymore. Definitely are not living up too the hype.

I hired this firm for 2 cases, as I was Injured during the first case. I have heard all kinds of amounts I was going to settle at and was paid almost the same amount as what they made. If you don't constantly call for updates or information you will never receive any. They do not care about the client and bash you if you don't give the answers they want. I would never hire this firm again and agree with the multiple other complaints DO your research and find a better attorney
