They are a very good law ferm

I CONTACTED THIS LAW FIRM 2 MONTHS AGO BECAUSE OF A SLIP AND FALL CASE. I TALKED TO THIS ATTORNEYS LEGAL AID'S, I SENT THEM VIDEO'S OF THE CONDITION OF THE STEPS WHERE I LIVE, THEY COME OUT TO MY HOME AND TAKE PICTURES, VIDEOS, INTERVIEW ME, HAVE ME SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT! I GET A VERY RUDE LETTER IN THE MAIL THAT THEY ARE NOT TAKING MY CASE AFTER I SPOKE TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE TAKING MY CASE, I HAD A GOOD CASE AND THEY HANDLE CASES LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME... YOU SENT ME TO DOCTORS AND CREATED MEDICAL BILLS YOU STATED YOU COVERED AND WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SETTLEMENT. LEGALLY I DON'T SEE HOW YOU CAN CANCEL SOMEONE WHEN THEY HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT WITH YOU. YOUR WORDS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE AS GOOD AS YOUR CONTRACT, YOUR SUPPOSE TO BE SUCH TOP NOTCH ATTORNEYS...WELL THIS ALL SMELLS LIKE SCUM TO ME...

This business is very unprofessional! I had been going to therapy for 7 months just for them to tell me they could no longer represent me with my case. When I contacted them to see why they danced around the real reason! I don’t recommend this company they don’t fight for you as they claim!

I am still fighting with my case and it seems like they are taking forever with my car accident it happened last summer and it's been a little over 6 months and I'm ready to fire them so bad

Would like to take this time to thank Simon & Simon for being such a professional firm. The staff was always courteous and polite. I felt I truly mattered as their client. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is going through a difficult situation.

Horrible experience staff are rude they lie about everything i have been hung up on more then once they dont communicate at all with doctors no sense of professionalism at all i plan on letting everyone know do not use this firm its horrible i never felt so disrespected in my life from a law firm no type of hospitality at all!!! You will be disappointed!

This firm has multiple problems with communication. If Marc Simon is actually an attorney, he certainly isn't checking in on his business affairs. My husband and I both had two separate cases with this firm. I'm sorry I used this firm per my husbands referral. The only time this company returns a call is when you initially sign with them, after that you're left to do ALL the legwork yourself. To be honest, you'd be better representing yourself. This firm has ZERO customer service. When you sign with them, you'll be treated like another number. Thank God my business dealings are finished with Simon and Simon. They could be the last firm in the world and I'd pass on their services in the future. It's really sad and disheartening because the workers who make up the firm don't care! Use this as a warning, do NOT use this firm unless you enjoy being ignored as a customer. One case settled in October 2017 still haven't gotten the settlement check, guess Mr. Simon needed the money for the holidays....(go figure) (insert sarcasm). I feel like the only recourse I have is to warn other unsuspecting victims. Choose your counsel wisely, it could be costly for you in the future.

The attorneys and staff at Simon and Simon were great handlingmy case. Each individual was very knowledgeable and always had a kind word and caring heart when discussing my injuries and case. Great teamwork. Go Simon and thank you for all you help settling my case in a prompt manner.

Have dealt with several law firms over the years and Simon and Simon is one of the best. They have a small firm feel but a big firm reputation

Highly disappointed with this law firm. In October my wife and children were hit head on while waiting at a red light by another vehicle, and then in November my wife was hit again in the brand new vehicle we bought to replace the one that was totaled, while waiting for a car in front of her to turn left. My wife and 5 year old daughter now go to the chiropractor 3 times a week and are in pain everyday. Simon and Simon took the case. Filled my wife's head with how much they could do for her, and now we get a call from the insurance company telling us she was no longer represented by them. When we called them their reasoning was they felt someone else could better represent her. I would not recommend them to anyone. They didn't have the decency to call my wife and tell her their concerns about how they are apparently incompetent in handling a case such as hers, and at the very least couldn't even point her in the direction of a law firm that could help. It is upsetting that I had to give them 1 star just to write this review because they don't even deserve that.
