Don’t believe any of these positive reviews. An employee stated that they give gift cards out to people that post good reviews. Go check indeed.com. That is an accurate representation of how this law firm operates straight from their previous employees. Yelp is a more accurate representation than these reviews. This law firm is psychotic. You will only speak to 20 year olds on the phone, and they do not keep track of their records correctly. I no longer had medical insurance and my no fault insurance was exhausted and it took them 9 months to realize this despite calling everyday due to being in extreme pain from injury and not being able to afford any treatments or rehabilitation. It took 2.5 years to receive $6900 out of the $14,250.00 settlement. The defendant had a $15,000.00 policy. It took 2.5 years of literal hell and the run around with their circus staff to receive $6900? I would’ve rather represented myself. They were super attentive when they wanted to take my case and harassed me on a daily basis but I was long forgotten once I signed with them. Summertime is the worst as they hire interns it seems from the competency of their staff answering the phones. I honestly receive better service at McDonalds. You will never speak to an attorney until a deposition or you go to court. The staff is extremely rude and completely lack compassion or empathy for the fact that their clients are injured and in distress. I’m not saying they had to coddle me, but they were so numb and detached. It was like talking to a brick wall. They couldn’t care less. They were terrrrible. They dropped my UIM case because they said the insurance adjuster was “a pain to deal with.” I said I don’t care. I’m in pain! Run! For your own sanity.

Attorney, Anthony Canale is the man. I was fortunate enough to have him defend my case. Attorney Canale was very helpful throughout the whole entire case. Chris Burruezo was the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He made sure from the beginning of my case that I was taken care of with rides to my appointments if needed, and that I went to the best doctors for my therapy and other procedures that needed to be done.
