Got everything settled in less than six months and they really went to bat for my case! Friendly and answered any and all questions I had

I did not have a good experience with this firm. I was kept totally out of the loop and then got dragged over the coals on legal fees at the end. My settlement wasn’t huge and even though I provided them with almost all of the medical records they still charged me over $8,000 in legal fees. Of that over $5,000 went to their medical expert who I met with once for exactly 15 minutes. My case dragged out for almost two years then once it settled they got the check almost immediately and sat on it for 6 weeks before taking in total almost 65% of my total settlement. I Never knew who my attorney was until the day of my deposition over 18 months after the accident. I gave them a crash report from onstar which would have settled the case after a few months and they never used it. There was witness testimony saying the other person ran the stop sign and it still took 21 months to settle the case. I complained several times and asked to speak to my attorney repeatedly and asked who it was and was never allowed to talk to them and never told who they were. Anyone considering this firm should think again.

The Worst Lawyers in Town, Seems To Me That they Cannot Retain There Personal Employee . I Call Every Month And The Next Person I talk to is a New Person And Has No Clue What My Case is Or Transfer me Around ,Puts Me On Hold for 30 Minutes to Get Another New Associate That Has To Go Thru Your Files and Gives You The Run Around Ughhhh.The next Person at The Physical Therapy Place is Also One of there Client Told Me the Same He had to Go thru with Them and Dropped them and Got Another Lawyer. Please Be Aware of this Law firm , if Your Injured like me, I Believe Your Lawyer Should Work with You and Help You Out Not Treat You Just For The Money.

Listen to the reviews ladies and gentlemen. These guys are real scumbags. They will manipulate you and treat you like nothing. On top of that they wouldn't even give you the respect of letting you know who is assigned your case, so when you want to figure out what's going on you can't.
