If your looking for a law firm that values you as a person and doesn't see you as just profit please avoid Simon & Simon. In my experience I found the firm to be inconsistent and disorganized. My settlement from my car accident was extremely lucrative for the firm, however I was extremely disappointed in the manner that my case was handled. To this day I have been emailing the firm about a particular issue and have yet to have anyone respond to my emails. My case was settled in 2016. On top of the large fee that Simon & Simon received for representing me I was also charged an addition $3500 for varies fees like disposition hearing fees that no one attended and fees for mailing, faxing and gathering and documentation for the case file. In my opinion please beware of this law firm.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this crooked group of heartless liars! I was totally screwed over, ripped off, degraded, and humiliated in court, after being strung along for nearly 3 years!!! I put my faith and trust into this firm thinking they had my best interest at heart, and they treated me like I was worthless. They sent me all over Pennsylvania to their "doctors" and I suffered through multiple painful procedures thinking at the very least I would receive quality treatment for my injuries, and atleast some compensation for all of the time I missed from work, and school, but at the end of this grueling process I walked away with nothing, despite my lawyers promising me a small settlement amount regardless of the outcome in court. They looked me in the eyes and told me because of the devastating loss, the firm would not be charging me anything. However, when the small settlement check came in, my lawyer developed amnesia, and charged me over $7,000 in mysterious "fees". As if this giant multi-state law firm that has supposedly won millions of dollars for their clients, couldn't stand to cover the cost after totally blowing it in court. They also LOST critical medical records, and failed to point out important information or attempt a rebuttal after the opposing counsel ripped me to shreds, and blatantly lied on me in court. Throughout this process, nobody took the time to explain anything to me, and every time I asked for clarification I was either dismissed or ridiculed for not knowing how the legal processes worked... I'm now stuck with a painful permanent injury, a mountain of debt, and a bad taste in my mouth after living through this absolute nightmare . Thanks for nothing @simon&simon! You should be ashamed of yourself for preying on the weak, and vulnerable.

There a scam! They should be in prison ! How can they stay in business, calling the BBB asap. I hate seeing people being taking advantage of.

My experience with Simon and Simon was awesome! They took care of me every step of the way, were very informative about the things going on in my case, and were very supportive and concerned about my injuries and over all well being. My settlement was beyond what I expected yet exactly what I expected after the fees. I'd recommend Simon & Simon to anyone who has suffered injury from a vehicle accident ...they will get you paid, holding your hand every step of the way with diligence and genuine concern!
