Simon & Simon is the best. They are willing to go the extra mile for their clients and I was always given an update courtesy call about my case. The staff are very courteous and professional. The receptionist always email you back with an update within 24 hours of calling. I have had lawsuits before with other law firms and I gotta say that out of all of them Simon & Simon is one of the best. I received a phone call as soon as my settlement came in and they gave me an exact breakdown in cost. I am very pleased and would definitely use them again in the future.

This firm has had my check since April, it's funny how you can't get in touch with anyone but if I call from a different number u can speak with someone! Its something fishy about them! I just want my money and I will never use not recommend them to anyone! They are very unprofessional they lie, give you a different person every time and forward your number to an answering service after they get your money! You email them they don't get back until 2-3 days later! They never answer the phone, every time it's 2 more weeks! If they give me all my money I will look into this with another firm and hopefully go after them! This is sad how they treat their clients but in the beginning they call you all the time and now they got my money I can't get in touch with anyone
