Hired them the day after my accident and basically did all the work, when i ask for info on stuff, i would be left in the dark which made me to start investigating my case myself and i was able to get more done then they have the whole time ive had them on my case. Of course once they get the official penndot info on the kid who hit me they sent me a email at 9am stating they were cutting my representation off and when i asked for my paperwork this morning, ive been ignored all day. This isnt how you should treat people especially after you have given them horrible service the whole time being ‘represented’
