My experience with Simon and Simon has been the absolute BEST! My original attorney Mary had made me so comfortable to the point that she felt like a mentor versus an attorney and I appreciated her so much for this. She was very hands on my my case, even after hours, to ensure that I was comfortable and was available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had. During the pandemic, my case was transitioned over to Chad, and to me, it felt as if Mary handed me over to someone who was just as hard working, personable and understanding as she. Chad would keep me updated and showed concern and cared about my overall well being just as Mary did. Both Mary and Chad worked very hard together to help me from start to finish and Chad, thank you for helping me reach a well appreciated settlement. Simon and Simon is the most ridiculously unprofessional “law firm” I’ve ever heard of or dealt with. I contacted them after an auto accident and they were happy to have me sign a contract, and sent me to a doctor for evaluation and treatment. There was a serious lack of communication from the time I started being treated and the only thing I was ever contacted about was the MRI results from the treatment provider. Despise the fact I had signed multiple HIPPA releases, they always used me as a point of contact to get through to the doctor for documentation or information; and I was always given rationale when I would try to reach out to them with no type of response from the contact they gave me to handle my case. I was doing all of the work myself because of their carelessness. I never even spoke to a real attorney once over the course of almost a year and was told they don’t meet with clients anymore in person. Now, one day out of the blue - I get a random email saying how they’re not representing me anymore in this matter with no explanation or reasoning after almost a year of treatment and testing. The doctor was dumbfounded when I told this information and is now going to make sure I get proper representation from a group that actually cares. Don’t waist you’re time with this shady group of “lawyers” who pay clients extra money to leave 5 star reviews.
