I wish I can give them zero stars. They are very unprofessional and show their clients that they dont care. I called and no one answered my call. I left a voice message and nobody never called me back. Their communication is trash. I would never recommend them to anyone. I never thought poor service still existed.

Great law firm

Helped tremendously to make my badsituation better. Insurance company was awful but Simon & Simon was able to assist with helping me understand process and got me the max settlement they could offer. Overall great experience!!

Careless, deceitful crooks... Hiring them was one of the biggest legal mistakes I've made in my life. They lost important documentation, causing me to lose a crucial and substantial amount of compensation, still took two-thirds, and left me with the medical bill! You're literally paying for a name or names and nothing more.... And maybe I'm just gullible and naive to believe any of these laws still hold any actual merit, but I still find it appalling, offensive, and disheartening when I'm advised to lie under oath. These are the same kind've people that go on to become Judges, DA's, Politicians etc... 🤦‍♂️ Do yourself a favor and keep looking!

If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. My case was accepted over a year ago (car accident with injury). Every time I tried to call for updates on my case, I was sent to voicemail and I would never have my call returned timely. When I finally got to speak to an actual person, it was an assistant whom confirmed we were proceeding with filing. In the over a year this law firm had my case, I spoke to zero lawyers. The office assistant told me to continue going to all doctor's appointments for over a year as my case was proceeding as planned. Then, I received an email that my case was dropped. Not even so much as a courtesy phone call. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your time with this company.

My experience with Simon & Simon , has been nothing short of exceptional. It was a long process, yet well worth the wait. I was nervous going into this, as to be expected, however my lawyer guided me through this process with full confidence. Went over your case and accepted it by having me sign a fee form and client release. I fired my atty because this law firm misled me into thinking they were representing me (since they emailed a form stating they were). A month later after not getting back to me when I emailed or called, this firm sent a rejection letter stating they were NOT representing me leaving me without representation! Watch this sleazy law firm!

I had a slip and fall accident suffered two small herniated discs post concussional syndrome scraps and a bruise on my arm. My fall happened at the end of July and I went through physical therapy speech therapy for my concussion syndrome chiropractic care for months today they dropped my case after all the treatment I've done.

My attorney was william nieves he wouldn't ever get back to be so a long story short I fired him but no attorney wants to take the case because I'm up for deposition and it's to far along so I'm trying to see if I can get simon and simon to take me back but william nieves said no but they want proceeds from other lawyer if I could get one but I can't and I'm up for deposition in one week please someone help I feel used ..that's not the whole story but to much to type ..

Typical scumbag lawyer never returned your phone call and doesn't do anything for you but take your money
