“Legal fraud” as multiple employees of my insurance company called this law firm, and said that Simon & Simon is famous for claims that are fraudulent, unethical and loosing cases. Here’s a breakdown of why I’m taking my time to write this review. My husband was hit by another driver a year ago on a busy intersection, insurance companies and police report ruled out that third party that hit my husband was at fault, our insurance returned $1,000 to my husband, case was closed. The other day my husband and my mother got served with a notice to court, on very unreasonable basis, where driver who hit my husband, and only had liability insurance policy demands $100,000! This gentleman, was going through physical therapy, hoping to collect money from our insurance, but since he was at fault, he is getting nothing. And that’s where fraudsters like Simon & Simon come into play, they pray on dummies like this guy, by promising them that they can win the case. On what basis? If insurance and police report already denied their initial subrogation. Just be aware, and stay away from this highly unethical company!

A wonderful experience they kept me informed throughout my case even when there wasn't any changes they called me jus so I didn't feel forgotten, every time I came into the office I was greeted warmly also everyone was informative, and kind will definitely be coming back for all my legal battles
