At first, I was skeptical about seeking legal help, however, when the other insurance company began ignoring my calls, I reached out to Simon&Simon. The medical experts on the team immediately worked with me to schedule all the appointments that I never knew I needed and determined that I had suffered a hernia which MedExpress totally missed. They were able to work around my 100+ hr a week out-of-town work schedule by finding doctors who agreed to see me outside of their normal office hours. AMAZING! They are truly an expert group of professionals with a tight network determined to help their patients in every way possible. Simon&Simon fought to get me a settlement much larger than I would ever have been able to do on my own. They did not bother me any more than they had to, but were always available anytime I reached out to them. Having an expert team who focused on helping ME made the whole ordeal so much easier and saved me countless hours of paperwork, waiting for calls to be returned, and Googling concerns on my own. Their help was certainly invaluable. I see a lot of reviews where people claim they take a long time, but trust their expertise. Once they had their research compiled and the case flawlessly built, negotiations only took a few days and I’m more than pleased with the payout. They are truly professionals in their field and you can’t beat that.

I don't recommend Simón and simon to anyone it's going on 2 and half years since I got into my accident and have not got no type of resolution I can't into touch with no lawyers I don't know who my paralegal is, they are very unprofessional nobody can answer my questions nothin..... stay far from these fraudulent people

My case was poorly tried. It should’ve been an opening and close case. There was even a video that Proved my case to a T. My attorney didn’t even subpoena it in a timely manner. My case went to trial and as he spoke he stumbled all through his words. Needless to say I lost my case that should’ve been an easy win.
