Was already in a cluster place, due to school and life choices. Just when I thought I've had enough, I got rear ended by a drunk driver. This Law firm was with me every step of the way in getting what I needed. Would recommend them to anyone 1000%

Unfortunately, I read the reviews after I agreed to go with this law firm. This was in the year 2017. I seriously wanted to give this place benefit of the doubt! I mean they have been in business for years right? First I noticed how when I would call I would always speak to everyone accept a lawyer, they change staff like a revolving door. I ask to speak to a lawyer more than once and every time it was an excuse as to why one wasn't available. The 1 and only time, I did speak to a lawyer was when they were negotiating the amount that they were asking for which I thought would be beneficial to everyone. Turns out they took their 40% and more and left me with less than 6 grand . Ive seen more than this during my income tax time with my refund. I was so disappointed devastated and Keep in mind they got 19 grand all together. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and all they did was prove all of the reviews RIGHT! Please read through the reviews and pay attention . The day of the settlement, I went and I was told from the security that you have to have an ID, this is a normal process when entering some of the buildings in center city, but then I was told that I had to use a special kind of pass in order to get to the floor where Simion and Simon was located. The security explained to me that "this is how you get in now"As I was leaving . I kept thinking, this firm must be really crooked and perhaps they needed to add in the extra security to avoid people entering in to possibly cause trouble or harm to the staff because of their unethical practices. This place cares nothing about fairly distributing the money. What they do is capitalize off of their clients in a very cruel and cold way. Simon and Simon WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW. EVERY LAST staff member that is involved will have to answer to GOD . WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THIS IS WHY THE STAFF OPERATES LIKE A REVOLVING DOOR. I believe some of the employees do not want any parts of this evil.

Thank you to the Firm and Staff, it has been a Privilege that Mr Reznik handled my Matter in a Respectful and Manner. He was always Curious in our Dialogue and explained the process thoroughly. You have made a Rainy situation very Sunny. Thank you all! And God Bless Timothy

I was referred to them by another attorney. I spoke with Allysa Steel who ask for my file from my previous attorney I took my file to the post office and I told her expect it by that Thursday. I didn’t want to bother them until a few days later I called and ask if that had my file and someone other than allysa told me yes we have it they were reviewing my case to see if they wanted to represent my case. So I gave it another day call back and they told me they basically couldn’t represent me. I said ok that’s fine could you send my file back that I mailed to you, someone besides allysa indicated that they don’t have a file just a PDF file that my previous lawyers sent. So I’m like scratching my head because I have the receipt from the PO in hand with their address on it so I know for a fact this wasn’t my imagination any how my lawyer couldn’t send anything because I nvr even gave them his information just the file and of course his info was in that. So long story short they have my ENTIRE FILE from my accident and it must be lost or because they didn’t take me as a client so maybe they threw it out!!! I will never know they insist I nvr sent it or anything. This sucks because I fired my last lawyer and was referred to Simon & Simon because my case is pretty complicated. I have NO luck and it sucks because I should’ve been able to win my case but I hired the wrong people and didn’t know what to do and what not to do. Someone hit me and now I suffer from medical injuries and damages to my vehicle. Simon and Simon are frauds and if they can’t use you they throw you out like trash. Just like they did my file.
