I really enjoyed working with this company. It was a long drawn out process. They made it very simple straight to the point help me every step of the way and was diligent throughout the process, explained everything with very fine detail and supported me and matters of my financial situation they were able to settle my case and give me more money than I was expected. I appreciate the due diligence it took in my particular case. I Applaud them for fighting for me on my behalf and figuring out the different legalities. I recommend them to everyone.

I cannot recommend this law firm. I lost my job due to attending therapy appointments, and I was in communication with Matthew Kelly during my termination process. Initially, I had therapy three times a week, which caused me to lose work hours. My employer did not accept the doctor's note since it was a remote position, so I had to add the appointments to my FMLA. Despite all this, Simon and Simon agreed to represent me in August 2024. Matthew encouraged me to attend as many appointments as possible, which led to once-a-week sessions instead of three. Now, the doctor is preparing to discharge me, and the last time I spoke with Mr. Kelly, he mentioned we were close to discussing settlement figures for my slip and fall incident. Now it's January, and I assumed everything was being handled behind the scenes, only to receive a rejection letter from the firm. This happened after I lost my job due to attending the therapy sessions they recommended. I have tried calling them, but it goes straight to voicemail. Previously, when I called Matthew, it went directly to him, but now it redirects to a lady named Taya's voicemail, who never returns my calls. I called from a different number, and once I identified myself, I was transferred to the same voicemail. I left a message and called back from the same relative’s phone number, only to be forwarded to Taya's voicemail again. This makes me feel like I am on a do-not-call list. The rejection letter did not provide any explanation for their decision, which is frustrating since the case was opened in August, and it is now January 2025. Matthew was supposed to arrange an MRI appointment with a Simon and Simon MD, but now I am left without any clarity on my case but that never happened. He told me they would provide transportation as well and the MD never called me. I called Matthew to inform him that I never received a call and he told me he never set up the appointment, which threw really threw me off. I’ll add photos below to show proof, unfortunately now I’m scared about medical bills he told me my therapy would be covered, and I lost my job because of this. Do not trust this Lawfirm. They do not live up to their promises, all this time wasted I could of working with another Lawfirm. Matthew even told me that the Lawfirm I reached out about my slip and fall first wanted to take the case back, I told him I wanted to stay with Simon and Simon if I would of known this I would of just allowed them to transfer everything back to Kransco. I literally don’t know what to do now and I have a family. I lost my job going to these appointments just for them to neglect me when they told me they would represent me. Sad way to start the New year.
