LOOK AROUND before signing a contract with them. I’ve recently used this Lawfirm for a case with myself and my son. This law firm will only accept a Case if it’s an OBVIOUS win for them. If it’s a case that requires a little investigation, they will refuse your case. More importantly, anything you discuss in regards to splitting your money with them please record, because that will change when it’s time to settle. They asked for 40% of my settlement and another 40% for my son’s. On top of that they take ADDITIONAL (large amount) legal fees from BOTH of us, without explanation of what’s it for on your final pay break down and this was one case, one accident with a mother and child. They ended up with more than half paying themselves twice. I called to inquire about The additional attorney fees, no one ever reached back out! They will be paid majority of settlement for YOUR injuries you’ve sustained. The staff is very nice.. yes of course. When it’s time to settle they will, dismiss you like they’ve never worked with you! You can not reach your lawyer any more, they placed my number on a list that when I call I only reach one dept that finalized everything. I do NOT recommend.

At first I really felt like the law firm was trying to get justice for me but then reality hit me like the driver that hit me that day that lead me to Simon&Simon when it was time to settle my case I’ve sent emails and messages and called them no answer at all these people did me dirty when I signed up with them they’re the ones that told me that 33% was there cut turned out that it went to 40% which was crazy to me and what was even more crazy is the fact that top dog didn’t do anything for my case but collected 8,000$ out of my money which was definitely a surprise to me 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ like how do you settle my case for 60,000 but all I received was 6,837 it doesn’t make sense to me my original car that was totaled in my accident was worth more than what I got out of this whole situation
