I would never recommend simon and simon. When Brian came by my house to have me sign the release of the check I specifically asked him what could I do if I do not agree with the settlement amount he told me the $5000 dollars was the best they could get for the settlement. I asked him as well as the settlement dept. how much would MY PORTION OF THE CHECK WOULD BE FOR!!! and they told me $5000. By the time I got my check, it came to $292!!! Are u kidding me?!!! The lawyer took more than half the check and I don't get nearly $300? I never heard such a thing and I'm the one who got injured...
