Awesome! Helped win my case when it seemed impossible.

I hired Rubin & Badame, Attorneys at Law, P.C. to fight a disability case when I retired from my job in 2015 serving as an executive secretary for a school district for 20 years; I was 62 years old at the time I filed. I filed a disabilty claim and was initially rejected. I decided to appeal and I called Paul Badame who agreed to take my case. He is both friendly and professional. His competency and knowledge of the legal process is clearly evident, and at the same time he was sympathetic of the fact that this can be an emotionally and financially trying time for the client. Due to my condition, my wife assisted in the process and was given the same respect as I was. When I say respect I mean he took time to answer the many questions that we had, he never seemed hurried or impatient. If he was not in the office, there are legal assistants who are competent and helpful and can answer most questions. If necessary however, Paul himself would promptly return calls and/or emails. Paul worked very hard to help us win our case. He knew what it would take for us to have a chance to win, and went above and beyond to make those things happen and present a convincing argument at the hearing.
