I had been fighting and appealing the social security decision for over 4 years with another firm. I was referred to Ruben & Badame by a friend. Mr Badame and his office worked tirelessly to collect all the information they needed they were extremely helpful kind and understanding. They explained everything to me as we went along. I would recommend these attorneys to anyone who wants a lawyer who will work for them to get them what they deserve. I can't express my gratitude to these people for all they did. This is truly an office that cares about it's client from start to finish.

I worked with Paul Badame with my disability claim. He answered all my concerns and questions without any issue, got back to me when i contacted him quickly, was friendly and easy to talk to, and clearly knew his stuff. Couldn't ask for anything else from a lawyer.

I had first hired an attorney at another firm that did not take the time to understand my case, go over things with me in detail and showed up 5 mins before court started where he confused facts. Not only did this aggrivate the court, but myself as a client as well. I fired that counsel and was referred to John Walko who does not usually focus on criminal cases such as this. Mr. Walko took the time to understand my case before he was even hired. Although Mr Walko does not typically focus on criminal law, he took on my case. Once hired he did his diligence to understand the facts and the law behind the events that took place. If I called with questions of confusion he took the time to answer all questions, explained possible outcomes and went over his approach. There were no surprises as the case went through the process. This case from the time of the even to the finalization took nearly two years. The outcome was one that had a very small chance of occurring as Mr. Walko continuously prepped me for the probability of possibility. The court ruled in my favor and stated to myself that the argument set forth by Mr Walko was the reasoning behind his decision and I that I had great legal counsel. I could not agree more and I am thankful of not only the outcome, but in the manner in which everything was handled. Mr Walko is the type of attorney who handles cases with his integrity and heart as a human rather than his wallet. Thank you Mr Walko for the time you gave over and over again and the amount of energy you put into my case to see that justice prevailed. I’m my opinion not only am I thankful to have had his services Kilkenny Law should be thankful to have such a valuable asset on their firm.

When it came to a very serious and stressful life matter, I can't say enough about the service that was provided by the office of Rubin & Badame, Attorneys at Law. Scott Rubin and Ann Luzesky's support and response times exceeded my expectations. In a couple of cases, I called the office to inquire about an action that needed to be taken only to find they had already taken care of it. They were way ahead of the game. In 2020 I was referred to Rubin&Badame..I had a very difficult case .I had been denied twice and I knew I needed legal representation at this point.I spoke With Ms .Ann and gave her my info and contact info and within the hour Mr .Scott Rubin called me back and he agreed to take my case and from the very beginning he was completely honest with me about my case and how difficult it my be .Also he explained to me how long it may take So fast forward to 2021 we received our court date which was several months away and during this time I sent him all the information he would need to access all of my medical records and to be honest I wasn't the easiest client to work with. I would like to thank Scott and his staff for working so hard, after several appeals, with my disability claim.
