If you've been scared and struggling with the idea of an ugly and arduous social security battle, there's no need to. Scott is a man who is very aggressive and persistent. He read every last detail in my 46yrs of life and didn't skip a thing. He is a pitbull, take control of a fight kind of attorney. Most attorneys walk beside you while Scott will lead you. I had the most caring, confident, knowledgeable and experienced attorney ever. I was referred to Mr. Scott Rubin after my case was denied. He believed in my case and he explained everything in an easy honest way. My case was difficult because of my age I was under 50 years old. He worked very hard on my case, he was with me at every stage of my case. He answered my questions, my phone calls and my emails without delay or ignore. I want thank him and his office for the amazing work they did for me until I won my case. It was COVID-19 time and nobody was working but Mr. Scott Rubin. I have been trying to get benefits for twenty years. I lost all hope. I contacted Mr. Scott Rubin and even with a hard case to prove he assured me he do everything he could and would fight hard for me. Never got back to me, after pre claim paperwork, (30 minutes)the guy said that Mr.Yang will contact me Monday or Tuesday, for the rest of claim information.still haven't heard back. Even if they decided not to take my claim, they could've at least contacted me to let me know.
