mr. monaghan was my attorney for almost a year and a half. it wasn't always smooth sailing. when you hire an attorney its about the end game and that's when mr. monaghan stepped up and fought for me when it looked pretty bleak! I couldn't ask for more from an attorney and I appreciate his patience with me ( its not easy ) and I would highly recommend james v. monaghan!!

JIm is an exceptional lawyer who guides you through each step of your case, calms all "nerves", by preparing you on all levels of what to expect.
