I hired Mr. Flood to be my attorney for a personal injury case. He is professional and knowledgeable, but personable and ready to answer questions in detail. He took his time to explain issues related to the case and give legal advice. I feel very comfortable working with him. During the course of the lawsuit, I was updated frequently about the progress. I went to James W. Floods office about a year ago for help with a custody dispute. He was very pleasant and detailed. He let me know everything I would need to do and what he thought the next steps should be. Over the years Jim Flood has helped me several times. with some legal problems. A few years ago when my son was underage he got himself into some criminal mischief. Jim handled the case and had a good talk with my son to help him in the right direction. Jim has also handled the buying and selling of my property and handled Wills for me and other family members.
