John is hands down the best lawyer in Montgomery county. He always answers any questions I have in a prompt manner and is VERY personable. He cares about his clients as people not just as a CLIENT. His office staff are very friendly and either he or they kept me informed on everything through my whole criminal case! I wouldn't reccomend any other lawyer in Montgomery county. John McMahon is an excellent lawyer and is well known in Montgomery County! He has represented me in two accident cases, in which I was a victim. My first case settled with great results, the second case is still pending as I am currently one of his clients. John always gives great advise; he has excellent partners and staff to ensure his clients needs are well taken care of. In my current case, I could not work for a year, it took a year to heal from my injuries and now Im faced with angry bill collectors. John McMahon and his team have helped me negotiate with my bill collectors, and have stopped civil lawsuits. John has also represented my kids uncle and my kids father in many criminal cases over the years in which their cases ended with fair judgements.

Your ability in picking the jury and knowing what type of legal defense to proceed with is truly appreciated. I can see the Jury and the Judge were paying attention and listened to you with the respect you commanded. Being found Guilty of these Very UNJUSTIFIED, FAMILY DESTROYING and FALSE Charges was not an option. I truly would not know what to do if I was unable to see my children.
