John is a very knowledgeable, considerate, hard-working person that makes sure to listen to your needs and fulfill them. John served as mediator in my divorce. He gave the time and effort to ensure a successful and prompt outcome. John also made me feel comfortable and at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. As long as an issue is in his line of work, I’ll stick with him for anything I need advice on or help with. I completely recommend John Novak, Esquire, for any of your legal needs. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!

Things happen out of nowhere sometimes, and it seems John is always there to help me out. Injury lawyer by day, this man is well-rounded with his passion for law and downright pleasant to be around! I was thoroughly impressed with the fact that I was never rushed through any meeting with John, whether on phone or at his office, no matter what type of business we were discussing at the time. I was ALWAYS treated like a very valuable client whose time was even more important than his! I also have never had to wait to hear from John, a call back would be in a very timely manner. I needed a lawyer when I bought my house in Scranton PA. I was pretty anxious given that I did not know anyone that I could trust, to act on my behalf. John was referred by my realtor and I decided to move forward. I believe it was the right decision. John is extremely professional but at the same time extremely helpful as well. He made the entire closing extremely easy. He gave me the choice of how deep I wanted to go in terms of understanding what I was about to sign and then took me through those while explaining everything till I was comfortable. Apart from this, he also helped me in understanding how I could negotiate my lease with my then landlord so that I did not have to pay a hefty lease breakage. All in all, I will recommend John to anyone who wants a hassle free legal experience and peace of mind.

I’ve been working with John on real estate related matters for two years now and I know without a doubt that when my buyer or seller clients are in a jam, John will get the issue resolved in an expeditious manner. One example is a seller who recently found themselves in mess where there were multiple liens against their home that were incorrectly applied due to the seller’s common personal name. I imagined that we had about a 50/50 chance that the buyers would walk away as it appeared impossible to resolve.
