Inconsistent service quality and rude staff
“Lady at the front desk was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Waited for 10 minutes for the people In front of me to finish up, which is totally fine. But when I asked what I needed to do to get my title transferred to a buyer (a company), she basically laughed in my face and said she won't do my transfer since I didn't write down the buyer information.”

Disorganized office environment
“The front room was extremely unorganized. There was no designated area to check in, and the lady at the front who did the notary service took two gentlemen who came in after me ahead of me.”
