I honestly can't say enough good things about John. I ran into some trouble in the middle of serious medical issues. He told me "take care of yourself and let me worry about the courts." I am not the type of person to ever leave reviews, but John was so thorough and exceptional: I felt I had to. If you ever need an attorney, you won't find a better one than John, I truly mean that.

It's hard to put into words on how professional and hard working Hope is. My case was extremely complex and one of kind in many ways. Every step of the way I was informed on the status and not once was I ever sugar coated. Hope was there anytime I needed to speak with her or was unsure about something on the case. The government is not joke to go against but Hope can stand toe to toe and come with a great outcome. I am glad I was able to find her when I did. Philly VIP was instrumental in helping my grandmother with a quiet title. It literally took 3 years because of the pandemic and setbacks along the way but they never gave up. As of Nov 2021 my grandmother officially owns the home she has lived in since 1972 Daisy Maze was our original intake person (I'll never forget her!) She heard me out and gave the assistance I called for and THEN told me about other programs my grandmother should take advantage of. We ended up getting her property taxes waived too. It was truly amazing!
