I was approved for my settlement from an accident in 2018 it is now in the settlement department my only problem is I got a letter from centers for Medicare services a collection agency for Medicare saying that I owe Medicare $3,900 and something odd dollars they sent me another letter that they took $197 on my social security check and another letter said it will be coming out monthly until this matter is resolved and paid in full it is also accruing interest am I having a hardship with paying my rent and daily living expenses I would just like to know when I can receive my check so everybody's paid off

Not only did he help me legally with my problems, but he was kind enough to personally assist me when I needed some help. He left his office and went out of his way to help me move, Or in the middle of a weekday. He knows the law and he is very caring as well
