“This firm operates on a churn-and-burn model, showing little attention to detail or personalized care. You truly get what you pay for, and I strongly advise against falling for it. If you call their office, there's a high chance you'll only reach voicemail, with little opportunity to speak to a live person.”

Lack of follow-through and neglect of client matters
“Lawyer failed to follow up. After he was hired, we heard that he was VERY slow but we wanted to give him an opportunity. He literally didn't follow up with the insurance companies for MONTHS. The case should have been simple for him to negotiate but he just WOULD NOT follow up.”
