Chad Boonswang Law Firm is the best! Having lost an only daughter unexpectedly and then the insurance claim denied not after the months was a nightmare. I researched different law firms and was very impressed with this law firm from the beginning. Zoe was very professional, knowledgeable, and precise. I felt that she genuinely cared about me and my situation. Michael was a lawyer and he fought for my grandchildren… remember, they loss their mom! No amount of money will bring her back, but at least they can continue on with reaching their goals of completing college. This is my best experience in regards to a law firm. They were amazing with their work effort and did strive, and was successful in obtaining the most in our case. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

Hello I contacted Zoe and right away she was helpful she assured me I had a case and they would definitely be able to get me the money I deserved and that’s exactly what she did it took almost 6 months but that was due to the insurance company there was no issues and the process what very easy with no stress at all

After a year dealing with life insurance company declining payout and pushing it back on employer and employer wanting to just pay back what was paid in on life policy was unacceptable. State Department of Finance stated out of their jurisdiction even thou policy was written in the state and apparently prior lawyer did nothing and in the end said didn’t believe there was a chance. Then I found Boonswang Law Firm and had full payout within a month! Yes, within a month! I am so grateful. Dealing with this firm was expedient and flawless. Wish I found them sooner. A little over a year ago our mother fell and passed away. As we were organizing her estate we filed a claim on her life insurance policy. They denied the claim initially bc they said she had not paid her premium. Actually, our mother had paid, but on one of her payments, not known to her, had been returned by the post office bc she failed to write the city and state on the envelope. The insurance company would not allow us to set up automatic payments and did not provided return envelopes with their address. Because of a simple mistake about not including all info on the envelope the claim was denied. Our mother had made every payment for 19 years and now the insurance company was denying our claim. I contacted Chad's office when an insurance company denied/stalled/delayed payments after my spouse passed. It took a about 6 months but they eventually got it paid. I had all but given up and they were my last hope! Thankfully it worked out.

Hired the Boonswang firm after my wife passedin Dec. 2022, she had been paying on a life insurance for over 15 years and gotten ill and forgot to make a payment, i tried to make it but insurance co. wanted me to fill out forms and stuff, she pass away and they wouldn't pay the policy.
