Joseph and his team were very helpful in navigating through a difficult situation. They are kind, professional, prompt and don't sugar coat things. Their knowledge of how the processes work, possible outcomes and strategies are invaluable given the lack of transparency and inconsistencies in how colleges handle disciplinary matters.

First of all, the high number of reviews on Google makes me very suspicious because I do analytical forensics for a living. Most positive reviews are either newly created accounts or have no other reviews or both. Regardless, my own experience and perception is as such that this Lento guy slapped this firm together and is simply making a living off of the money grab tactics. The $350 consul fee would have been reasonable if they were transparent what you pay for (no value there- this is what most self respecting firms would call an intake and make it complimentary in case they actually have no expertise in the area.) The 10k retainer is however UNreasonable, as most people cannot afford it. I browsed through the site and saw the profiles of lawyers he decide to hire as part of his team- Thomas Cooley Law? Seriously? I don’t even think that’s ABA accredited. You’ve also got lawyers from other countries, it’s a mess.

They make you pay $350 for a phone call to tell the you starting rate is 10k up front no payment plan! Save your $350!!!!

Took the money for consultation. Didn't give value. Was unavailable and late in parts of already paid consultation time. Wasted our time. Has bravery to complain about a "hostile environment" one creates. Interrupts you, flames when interrupted the same, and tells you he doesn't interrupt you. Horrible experience. Does have a feel of a scam/money grab to it.

First time needing legal representation and they were just right for me. Great job.
