When I first contacted them, I was slightly confused about the distinction between Lento Law Group and Firm, but after that small hiccup it was smooth sailing. The law firm was an amazing help with my Title IX matter. They were extremely transparent and always able to offer calming words.

Lento wants money before he can share that he even knows your area of need. No information on his website to show that he does, but wants $350 just to ask if he has experience with your type of case. Starts call with will you pay, and will not continue until you say yes. When I tried to ask a question if he has experience with child law, he cut me off after two words and said good luck then hung up.
Just as well, this would not be someone I would want in my corner when in a tough position.

Unprofessional service from Joseph Lento. When called out about it, he terminated his services with a certified letter and addressed me as hostile. I will be the client, he will never forget. Joe was absolutely great. He gave us solid, measured advice and really worked through the nuances of our situation with us. We were very lucky to have him by our side, would recommend him again in a heartbeat, and will hold onto him as our go to lawyer for any academic legal or similar related needs. Mr. Lento and his team are very understanding. Never treating cases in a “cookie cuttter” manner. Him and his team accommodate for each individual situation. He’s relieved stress from a tough time in my life and I can not say how much I appreciate it. It means so much to that there are people out there not just in it for the money, but to help.
