Mr. Scott appears to be bright and knowledgeable, however, his communication style comes across patronizing and condescending. Because he knows something about the law, he believes he is equally versed in other areas. Communication with him is not easy or effective. It's a sign of his insecurity. His approach prevents a successful end and closure, to major issues. Mr. Scott over compensates in his delivery, which comes across tentative and he appears unsure of himself. It appears that he is working for the defense attorney, and not for his own client . This left me with little or no confidence in his representation.

Mr. Scott explained my options in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. He's knowledgeable in corporations and non profits and now I know how to move forward with revamping. I intend on hiring him to assist with the businesses transition.
