Out of several other lawyers I contacted, Michael took the time to hear the details of my case and recognized how solid and clear cut it was. He works diligently, is always prompt and communicative throughout the process. I value his honest input and most of all, that he is honorable and delivers on what is as close to a promise as you can get from a lawyer (lol). What felt almost as good as the amount I pocketed from the settlement he achieved is knowing how much the dealership ended up having to pay for what they did.
