I'd honestly have to give this law firm 1 star, unfortunately. I really like Adam Davis and his colleagues, but they severely got out-lawyered in court by a tiny law firm in the suburbs.The lawyers at Pansini didnt seem prepared to dispute the other lawyers claims. Everyone and their mother knew what the other firm would argue, except for the Pansini law firm. After all was said and done, I was still in the red after my case was over, meaning I did not win a penny after being struck by a commercial dump truck and seeking the services of the Pansini law firm. In addition, they never paid all of the doctors bills, so now Ive been sent to collections and my credit rating has taken a hit. How could I ever really expect a settlement when the Pansini law firm chose to pay these doctors and "expert witnesses" like $8000 each just to spend 5-10 minutes testifying. The Pansini law firm definitely helped the doctors who help them make money, but at my expense. But hey, the lawyers and doctors got paid! Nice people, but I cant give them high marks when they got paid and the doctors that help them make more money got paid....and I got nothing except collectors calling because the Pansini law firm never paid that doctor. Picking their firm hurt me as much or more than the accident itself. They would sell you on things like how they say they have the largest settlement in Philadelphia history, but they couldnt even get me a $1 settlement. Now I have injuries that will only get worse, and I have nothing to show for it except bill collectors that are now hunting me down.

I went through five years of this lawsuit.It wasn't handled the way I would have handled it, but I'm not a lawyer. The lawyers that I dealt with were very nice and caring, but I wish they would have listened to me more.

Nadeem Bezar gave a great speech at a convention this week. He is clearly an expert in his trade and after speaking with him more I can tell he applies tremendous care and preparation to each of his cases.
