After learning a formal investigation had been opened against me by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, I contacted Mr. Brian E. Quinn. Mr. Quinn was able to meet with me on the same day I contacted his firm and patiently worked with me to gain insight towards the allegations filed against my professional license. Mr. Quinn is a brilliant well-organized attorney who will fight for you when it matters the most and is well respected by the state prosecutors’ office. My file was closed by the state prosecutors’ office without filing any charges and my professional license was left in good standing. With the utmost respect and admiration, I recommend Brian E. Quinn for any professional licensure defense needs as he is truly someone you can rely on.

I recently had a run in with DOS and Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. I was very nearly bullied into entering a program in which I did not belong. I didn't know my rights (nor did my personal attorney). I hired Atty. Quinn. Immediately I knew that he had played on this field before! He methodically and patiently navigated me through those treacherous waters. The outcome was exactly how he said it would be - no action by the prosecuting state attorney. If anyone has a problem with a professional license issue, I would highly recommend Brian Quinn.

Brian Quinn is the lawyer's lawyer. Not only did he help me through the worst jam of my life, but he also provided sage advice for a young guy who was really at the end of his thread. I can't say enough about how professionally and compassionately he worked on my matter. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I can't say enough good things about Attorney Brian Quinn. I was given his name by a friend and did all my corresponding VIA email and phone conversations before making the decision to drive to Philly and meet him face to face. Immediately upon our introduction, I knew that I had made the right decision in putting my career in the appropriate hands. He is confident, intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable of the law. I immediately respected him for all of these qualities, but more importantly for his morality which had shown through over the months of our correspondence.
He went head to head with both the state assigned dental expert as well as the Attorney General.
In Brian's disposition with the state dental expert and state nurses, he was extremely well prepared and more knowledgeable on the specific aspects pertaining to my case in the following areas: dentistry, treatment, prescription reading and ADA nomenclature. The state expert actually asked to be excused from the disposition.
Months later, the meeting with the Attorney General resulted in a phone call to Brian's law office within 24 hours stating, "this case is closed." I'd like to also make note that sitting 2nd chair in this meeting was my local criminal attorney since retired. This lawyer had practiced law for over 50 years and was considered one of the best. After parting ways with Brian he stated, "I've never seen anything like that." That says it all in my eyes. He is unnervingly calm, powerful, and in complete control of my situation at all times.
Brian Quinn is, above all, an honest and hardworking man that will never disappoint you. He will be more prepared than your opponent. He will fight for you. I would highly recommend Brian Quinn's services to anyone in need of a Superior Attorney.

I contacted Mr. Quinn when my pharmacy license was suspended due to me not adhering my probationary requirements. Mr. Quinn immediately responded and guided me. He was very concise, direct and his advice was spot on. He went above and beyond in explaining his strategy and reassuring me that I was in good hands. My hearing went very well and I was very fortunate to have chosen Mr. Quinn to represent me because we were given a very favorable outcome from the Board of Pharmacy. Not only was Mr. Quinn outstanding in his professional manner and legal defense for me, but he was also very concerned for my well being on a personal level and he continues to check on me from time to time. This exemplifies how much he truly cares about his clients unlike many other lawyers out there. His perseverance clearly sets him apart from most. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to protect their professional license.

I contacted Brian E. Quinn when I was involved with a Professional Licensure issue and needed help. Mr. Quinn was professional, compassionate, reliable, dedicated and tough. I was in an unfortunate legal situation that was unfamiliar to me involving the State Board of Nursing. Mr. Quinn managed my case and guided me through a very fearsome and intimidating legal process that had my career in question. I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome. I recommend Brian E.Quinn to anyone in need of an attorney when facing legal defense. In my opinion he is the best there is. Thank You for everything Brian.

Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, a cascade of events unfairly placed my medical license in jeopardy. Finding myself in a desperate situation with which I had absolutely no experience, I sought out advice from several attorneys with purported expertise in this domain. It was my extreme good fortune that one of these attorneys was Brian Quinn, without whose expertise I might no longer be practicing medicine. I found him to be not only perspicacious, having a keen (and mandatory) understanding of the complex intricacies of the Board of Medicine, but also a calm and compassionate soul, who was able to keep me grounded during occasional bouts of anxiety. I highly recommend him without reservation to anyone who has any potential professional licensure issues. Trust me, these are most treacherous waters you do not want to navigate without a sagacious guide like Brian!

Unfortunately, I was in a position where I, like many other doctors these days, needed a lawyer to represent me in front of the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
I made a few calls, got a few recommendations, and then a very close lawyer friend told me about Brian Quinn, Esquire. Brian is both a criminal attorney and also specializes in representing people in front of the state occupational Boards. Brian has all of the qualities and skills that I needed to help me in my situation. He is hyperintelligent, kind, compassionate and responsive to all communications. He was especially quick in returning emails whenever I had a question. Hopefully I will never require Brian Quinn's services again, but if I do, I know that I'm in good hands and would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who has any State Board situations.
