After interviewing several attorneys, I finally decided to hire Jeff Penneys for my car accident. From the very first call, it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and professional. I trusted him right away. And along the way, that initial trust was confirmed over and over again. He regularly updated me on what was happening, often checked-in to see how I was feeling, got me doctor appointments and an MRI and just made the entire process easy so I could focus on my therapy and recovery. He gave me his cell phone number, so I was able to reach him whenever I wanted, even at night or on weekends. Who does that? He really is available 24/7 like his website says, and he genuinely cares about his clients. I know that lawyers often get a bad rap, but Jeff is different--if you need a lawyer for any type of injury, I HIGHLY recommend you give him a shot. You won't be sorry.

He drafted excellent independent letters for our application that required very little amendment on our part, he answered all our emails promptly, and helped us navigate through the complex issues regarding international travel while our case was pending. Unethical, misconduct law firm, specifically Marco Pignone. More details will post here later. I am also filing a complaint with a Bar associate in Philadelphia against this firm and Marco Pignone for unethical, misconduct and, abandoning their client without notice. Keep the money that is supposed to pay USCIS, did not do the work, did not pay USCIS, and refused to pay it back to me.

I hired Mr. Jeffrey Penneys after I was bitten by a dog working my route at the United States Postal Service. After painful extensive rabies shots “in” my bite wound, difficulty walking, massive hematoma, my leg looked terrible! I was embarrassed to go out anywhere.
