Our lawsuit dragged on for agonizing 2 years . Joe and Mary’s Team never once gave up on our son in making sure he was getting the meaningful education he deserved. I have been working with Montgomery Law Firm for over a year now. As a single parent, I can honestly say that I could not fathom getting through the ongoing nightmare we currently have with my daughter's school district. The blatant disregard the school district has for my daughters safety and well being is completely disheartening. Amazing group of people. Extremely helpful and fought hard for our special needs child. We worked with Brad Flynn as our attorney but Joe and Mary were definitely a huge help as well. Mary found the perfect school to meet our sons needs and we couldn’t be happier. Brad went above and beyond to fight for our son. I know he worked all hours because he would contact me with updates later into the evening just so we would know what was going on with our case.
