Best Lawyer I ever had. All the process went smoothly and fast

Since coming to the US in 2004, I have had 5 immigration attorneys. I entered the country as a visitor, filed for asylum which was rejected. Eventually I had a removal order that had to be fulfilled one way or another. In 2013, I met my wife, a US permanent resident at the time. We got married in 2016 and welcomed our daughter in that same year. We got an immigration attorney who started filling the necessary paperwork to help me obtain a legal status. In 2017, despite the efforts of my attorney and community, I was deported, even without a criminal record. In early 2018, our I-130 was approved, however, due to the deportation and the overstay, I had two parallel 10 year bars placed on me. I was residing in the Philippines (my wife’s country of origin) with our daughter, while my wife was working in the US. After speaking with countless attorneys, we found Alex Isbell on google. The consultation was brief; he was very direct and laid out all the options for us, the process, timetable, etc. We were told it would be a difficult case, but he was willing to help. My wife and I decided to stick with him and that was a right decision! Alex was very responsive through email and phone. Our case was difficult because it involved three countries (Nigeria, my country of origin, Philippines and US). We also did not have any major medical issues. However, Alex and his team were able to prepare a convincing waiver packet. The timing, process and duration of everything was very swift. When we hired Alex and his team in October 2018, he explained to us how the entire procedure will play out. He helped us with the cumbersome process of submitting the right documents to the NVC. Within 6 weeks, we had an interview date at the US consulate in Lagos. Alex said my visa application will be denied at the interview, and it will be after that denial that he will begin the waiver application. That was exactly what happened and it went swiftly. Then he began the waiver process. He had to file two waivers, the I-601 and I-212. He took about three months to compile multiple drafts of the waivers. We all went back and forth until we had a good and convincing case. In June 2019, we submitted the waiver and in April 2020 our waivers were approved(10 months later, the average processing time then was 18 months). When the waiver was approved, President Trump had enacted a Permanent resident visa ban on Nigerians and Covid had just started. Alex and his team swiftly switched focus towards filling a waiver to overcome the ban on Nigerians. However, due to Covid, the embassy was closed and we could not move forward. When the embassy was finally open around October 2020, Alex advised us to wait until after the election before proceeding with the visa ban waiver. (Other attorneys might have gone along with the waiver to make more money, but not Alex, he wanted the best for us). Eventually, after President Biden won, Alex was optimistic and told us to hold off on the waiver until the inauguration. In February 2021, the Visa ban was removed and the embassy invited me to submit a new Medical, police clearance, affidavit of support along with my passport. In April 2021, I was issued a visa to come back to the US. Even after that, Alex did not abandon us, he still guided us, telling us not to fly (transit) in any European countries due to the travel ban. He helped us get back to the US and our family has been reunited. The fees we paid to Alex were reasonable, he was not out to make a quick buck, he looked out for us and helped us just like he has helped a thousand other people out there. PLEASE! if you are looking for an immigration attorney with years of experience and success, look no further. Alex Isbell and his team will take great care of you and will help resolve your case. I am so glad that I have actually recommending other people I know who have any immigration issues to contact him. He is one of the best in the business and my family and I are very grateful to have worked with him.

We worked with Alex and his team for about a year and they were great! They really took the time to explain all the processes/procedures and forms to us and kept an open line of communication going.
