Throughout the legal process, Joel and his team were helpful and informative and ultimately won me a settlement that more than covered my medical bills. I appreciate the honesty and straightforward manner with which Joel and his team handled my case, especially during a time that was physically and psychologically difficult for me. Joel and his staff were amazing to deal with in the case of our car accident. Mr. Sawyer, the paralegal, was informative, available for questions and updated us on our case in a timely manner. Mr. Kofsky helped my parents when no one else was able to! My parents were turned down by another lawyer and told there was nothing that could be done for them but Mr. Kofsky found a way to help. Kofsky and his people take the stress out of law work. There's honestly no easier way to put it. While other law firms may completely baffle me with their cryptic language, ASTRONOMICAL fees, and poor communication, this one proves that hope does exist. Communication is always prompt and clear with this office. I can't sing their praises enough.

I reached out to Joel through a recommendation from a close friend for a medical malpractice case. It involved someone very dear to me and he's always there to answer questions about our case no matter when we call. I'm very happy with our counsel know we made the right decision.

This is the worse law firm ever , no one knows what to do ,they have the receptionist doing there work. Every Time I call there on lunch. No one calls you back. They lie an say they didn't get paper work. please don't use this law firm for help.
