Lack of communication and updates from the legal team
“I felt like another case. I felt alone in this. And now it's the end of me being able to do anything when they started demanding for paperwork so they can rush to do something for me. But then I get a letter them telling me they can't represent me. Wish I could have gone somewhere else. Communication is also little to none”

Delays and lack of progress in handling cases
“This case never got the attention it required. It was evident the attention needed to litigate this case was never present. With lawyers having other pressing matters I understood. After many failed attempts at keeping an open line of communication as to where exactly the case was. I did receive a call with the same information as Day 1 of the case every time I reached out. To keep a case open just shy of a year with limited to no progress is unacceptable.”
