At the consultation she seems to Really care about you. We hired her payed her and she did nothing for us at all. She kept telling us that she was going to be able to lower the sentence She didn’t. I believe she’s more for the district Attorney. Than on your side. So be careful

I hired emily in 2009 in a drug case in berks county, she was excellent I was looking at a state sentence, but through her motions and arguments at sentencing I ended up with a county sentence. Emily Cherniack came to my rescue after I had some issues with a DUI, ineffective counsel(public defender) and then a attorney whom charged me the rest of my money only to tell me he was not the right attorney. Emily worked with my budget and helped me get the results I should have gotten from my public defender not to mention the high price attorney after the public defender ruined me.
