Mr. Waldenberger was without a doubt the most professional laywer I have ever encountered. He was always available day or night when I had a question about anything. He was always honest with me whether a good or bad situation. He settled my case above and beyond my expectations. He also keeps in contact from time to time, just to see how I am doing. Jim took my son's case which was a horrible tragedy. He walked me through the process the entire time and managed my expectations. I knew from the very first call that he is a very compassionate person and really was prepared to help me through my ordeal. Although the circumstances behind the case were difficult for me, Jim and his staff were professional, courteous and very responsive.
