Philly VIP was instrumental in helping my grandmother with a quiet title. It literally took 3 years because of the pandemic and setbacks along the way but they never gave up. As of Nov 2021 my grandmother officially owns the home she has lived in since 1972
Daisy Maze was our original intake person (I'll never forget her!) She heard me out and gave the assistance I called for and THEN told me about other programs my grandmother should take advantage of. We ended up getting her property taxes waived too. It was truly amazing!

Terrible, they took a year and a half to just throw my case out and leave me out to hang l, potentially life altering. They never fully returned my calls, gave half answers and only notified me by mail that my case was cancelled without reason. They did nothing, it was supposed to be an easy case, the guy hit me, he assaulted me like why.

I had the same experience as countless others if you look at the reviews they don’t keep you updated on your case i had to call multiple times and i would just get the same response a lawyer will call you back which they never have think 3 times before signing with them as there are plenty of way better lawyers who would actually care and keep in touch i would never recommend them
