I heard joe first on his radio show , i didnt actullly know that you could sue if school if there was a problem. he has a former client on the show telling their story. they were so happy it sounds like too good to be true, but hear me now, true true true. they will straight up fix whatever mess the school putchu in. for real for real

Two years of fighting with one of the biggest & toughest districts, TO IMPLEMENT AN IEP - a settlement has been made! The District fought so hard to hide the truth, unnecessary prolonging the case so their counsels can rake in more fees! My child is now attending an out-of-district, an appropriate private school that will meet his special needs. All because, Joe and his law firm never gave up on our family. Our case was not an easy one, but Joe and Mary never stopped fighting so hard. My son actually told his teacher to "call my lawyer" when she was giving him a hard time in school. I DO NOT approve of this, but I thought it was funny that CJ felt as though Mr. Montgomery was his personal lawyer and could tell that Joseph was advocating on his behalf. Jospeh was adamant that CJ attend the consultation meeting and made him feel a part of the entire process. I wish the school had done this!
