All I can say is I wouldn't let them represent my dog for urinating in public. They had a good attorney in Steve Shamberg. But he's gone and they replaced him with a complete idiot who specializes in workers comp not disability. I can't even find Alan Lanie in the bar listing. What a frigging joke this firm is. March 11th 2024 I will pull the plug on my disability claim. I'll either drop it altogether or let Steve Shamberg refile a new case. I'll take that almost 8k right out of your damn pocket Jason Krasno.

My dog and I were attacked by another dog. My dog was killed in the process. It’s been nearly five months and the only updates I’ve received is when I reach out to Lucy Arroyo, who always responds with one word responses. I was finally connected to my attorney, Megan. I don’t know her last name. I spoke with Megan, three weeks ago. I expressed my displeasure on their communication. She didn’t respond. She stayed quiet, stating they’ll be in touch with updates. I have yet to receive any form of communication. I know this can be a lengthy process. However, I expect to be kept in the loop, which I haven’t been. I’ve provided everything requested within hours requested. I chose them because of the great reviews. My experience so far has been everything but great. If you decide to utilize their services, please see previous reviews before choosing to do so. Should you decide to post post a review that doesn’t align with David’s view, you will get a passive aggressive phone call, just as I have, trying to intimidate and silence you. My frustration was solely due to lack of communication and NOW, due to defensive David Kwartler reaching out to me with blatant lies and manipulation. I can retrieve my phone records with detailed texts, but at this point, it’s not worth it. I regret reaching out to them. My experience was exactly what it was and that’s that. Lesson learned. You’ve been warned.

Meghan Bingemann did wonders for me regarding my claim. She was vary attentive to my needs and punctual when it came to rapping up the lawsuit. I highly recommend her to the public as an injury attorney!
