Laura Mattiacci, Console Mattiacci Law, participated in my in my lawsuit during the trial preparation phase of my case in age discrimination and retaliation case against my former employer. Along with the my attorney, Rahul Munshi, she served as trial attorney in federal court in a jury trial, which ended with a verdict in my favor. Honestly, I was deceived by her sweet and gentle manner, with which I was familiar that was outside of the court room. The court room persona, which she embodied at the trial took me by surprise and I was counting my lucky stars for not having to be cross-examined by a skillful, knowledgeable and assertive litigator. Rahul Munshi was my attorney in the preliminary phase, the discovery period and the court trial, a four plus years process which ended in my favor. I hired Console Law to represent me in a C.E.P.A. claim. Laura Mattiacci was a part of the team that represented me in court and she did a fantastic job. After I was wrongfully accused in a noise violation case Laura not only defended me she researched the illegality of the "animal house" law perpetuated by SIC police and other resort areas throughout the country! She was prepared to present her case (a guaranteed W) in NJ Supreme Court. Her legal dynamic was so feared the prosecuting attorney withdrew his charge prior to higher court and I was exonerated.

She represented me in a Civil Rights/Wrongful Termination case and I can't say enough positive things about her. Laura was always professional, extremely well prepared and responsive. She was a tremendous advocate for my cause and never let any impediments imposed by the courts or opposing counsel to deter her.
