ill keep peoples names out to be generous but reached out to them week prior and told them if i wanted to continue id reach back out and i did today and the same intake receptionist told me she was closing my old case and opening new after that she was being difficult and even at one point asked me my medical conditions then after explaining said medical conditions to her she didn't even know what they were then proceeded to tell me she doesn't think this will be enough to fight for like she was the doctor or even knows what ive been dealing with over the past 8 months then when asked to speak to somebody else i was told no i then called back and got another lady who made more excuses saying oh i cant help you the other lady has to since she was the one originally doing it as i was stating to her well the last lady could just close the case out and make new why cant you i was explaining to her why i didn't want the other lady and was trying to find somebody else to talk to and mid sentence she hung up on me very unprofessional and irritating needless to say i will be going elsewhere and they lost a potential client EDIT they reached out to me today 10/22/24 because they dont like to see negative feedbacks and wanted to have a talk with me i explained my conditions more and he had enough nerve to say youll get denied again without hearing the full detail of the situation its funny how these people act like they know best and will try to determine things via phone told them what client wants to use somebody who isnt adamant on winning for them crazy on advertisement etc they sure will fight for you over and over again till its actually time to then they will pick and choose in their eyes if you case isnt solid during intake they wont bother helping dont be another number find somebody who cares needless to say i told them to not reach out or contact me anymore edit#2 they reached out to me via email me again after telling them the first time to not contact me further claiming to have no opinion but made it clear in the phone calls and discussions to have some sort of an opinion

Katie was a wonderful and fun experience. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly and easy for me to understand. Kwartler Manus did an amazing job at making sure the process went smoothly.
