Unresponsive and unhelpful staff
“The receptionist asked me about my case, I told her that I had recently loss my father due to work related injuries. The first thing that should've came out of her mouth after that should've been "My condolences". But it wasn't. She was totally insensitive about my situation so I hung up the phone on her.”
