Potential lack of empathy and understanding from some attorneys
“Eileen began to practically argue with me once I shared my religious/moral beliefs with her. It was only mentioned because in court that would be brought up as well from the other party and I wanted to be sure to cover everything with her. She went as far as telling me that I was upset with her because I didn't like what I was hearing, when in fact, I was upset because she showed absolutely NO empathy and very little respect for me.”

Occasional communication challenges or lack of transparency
“My interactions with Margaret Klaw were generally rude and, hence, unprofessional. I was initially told during a divorce that she was representing the interests of *both* my ex-wife and myself (this is what my ex-wife assured me, and Klaw was never clear about the issue), but only just before signing the final documents was it revealed that my interests were not, in fact, taken seriously.”
