Lack of communication and updates for some clients
“During treatment a so called paralegal communicated back and forth about insurance companies and then mad mistakes giving me false information. When I finished treatment I asked for basic information because of the mis information and was not provided it, I was lied to about who i was speaking with they claimed to be a paralegal and handling my claim but was not in fact a paralegal.”

Slow progress or lack of attention on some cases
“This case never got the attention it required. It was evident the attention needed to litigate this case was never present. With lawyers having other pressing matters I understood. After many failed attempts at keeping an open line of communication as to where exactly the case was. I did receive a call with the same information as Day 1 of the case every time I reached out.”
